Help me raise $2,500.00 for Carry The Load
Volunteer. Participate. And, yes, I’m asking you to DONATE.
Help me Carry The Load to restore the true meaning of Memorial Day. In May of 2014, my friend Terry Gemas (Team Grayson) asked if I wanted to go to the Memorial Day event at Reverchon Park in Dallas. My time was well rewarded. Every patriot needs to experience this event. Carry The Load is a genuine charitable cause, born from a desire to provide active ways to honor the military, law enforcement, firefighters and rescue personnel who dedicate their lives to keeping our country safe.
Honor Those Who Have Sacrificed For Us! Carry The Load asks Americans to simply do something in the month of May, and over Memorial Day weekend, to honor those who have sacrificed for us. There is no fee to participate, but I’m asking you join me in donating for this worthy cause. I'd love to see you make it to the Opening Ceremony on SUN, or walk a lap or two with Team Grayson. Terry and I plan on walking between 40 and 50 miles within the 20 hours and 19 minutes of the event. Email or text me with details. The experience is worth your time, I guarantee it.
Please help me raise $2,500.00 by going to the link below. Create your User Name and Password and have your credit card ready. $250.00 minimum to get your “Load Carrier” T-Shirt, but any amount you can donate will be very much appreciated and put to good use!

I am Ron Davis, and I am carrying my late father, Homer L. Davis, U.S. Navy SM1 (World War II, Korea, Vietnam), my brother, Gary L. Davis, U.S. Navy EM2 (Vietnam), my mother, Ruth E. Davis, who in her gracious wisdom, love and strength keeps our family strong. In 2019, I will also be carrying Steve Bergene, my best friend of 35 years, who took his own life on August 2, 2018.
Who are you carrying?
