Welcome to my Personal Page -
Participating in CARRY THE LOAD has become a Memorial Day tradition for the Muschalek family. I have tried to teach our children through the years to honor the service of veterans and first responders. Hopefully they know the true meaning of Memorial Day through our participation in CTL. While this year we can't gather together like we have for the last eight years, I hope you will still take time to honor those who have served our country. The mission is the still the same and the need still exists. Please join me in honoring our veterans and first responders.
This year I am Carrying the Load in honor of:
1st Lieutenant Hill A. Feinberg, US Army Corp of Engineers, Vietnam Veteran and Chariman Emeritus of HilltopSecurities.
2nd Lieutenant Peter H. Burks, US Army, KIA November 14, 2007 serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was assigned to the 4th Squadron, 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment in Vilseck, Germany. Peter was 26 years old and a graduate of Trinity Christian Academy here in Dallas and Texas A&M University. He died of wounds sustained when his vehicle struck and IED. Peter was survived by his mother, father, three sisters, a brother and his fiancée.
Mulder Family - Sydney, Jake, Nina and Samuel. Their father, Bill, passed away on June 9, 2017 after 20 years of faithful service as Navy SEAL.
Retired Air Force Major Tom Muschalek, 21 years active duty and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. My oldest brother and someone to be admired.
The more than 1,400 members of the Texas A&M Corp of Cadets who have made the ultimate sacrifice serving their country going all the way back to WWI.
