Staff Sergeant Alec Norcom’s path led him to the military early in life. He served a series of distinguished tours with the United States Army in Iraq, Afghanistan and Korea before leaving the service. He continued his commitment in the private security sector, supporting U.S. foreign policy in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Alec was a natural leader—charismatic, confident and adaptable. He could walk into any room, any team or any mission and instantly belong. People were drawn to his warmth and steady presence. Whether in combat, at work or with friends, he led with humility, lifted others and left a lasting impact.

Alec leaves behind a legacy of unwavering love, most powerfully seen in his two daughters. His magnetic personality, quick wit and kind heart touched everyone he met. Through his girls, his light endures—resilient, brave and full of the same charm that made him unforgettable.
