About Tracy A. Gaines
Tracy proudly served his country for twenty years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 2009. He chose his new career as a police officer for the City of Rockwall in 2005 and most recently served as a School Resource Officer at Rockwall High School. During his career, he also served as a School Resource Officer at Williams Middle School and he was a Field Training Officer in the Patrol Division.
Tracy touched many lives and was always willing to help. He was a resource of knowledge. Tracy always did the right thing and treated everyone fair and equal.
His loss will be felt all over the campus, the department, the community, and most importantly, his family.
He was respected and loved by both his school and police families.
Tracy loved people and was very outgoing, which made him a perfect fit for the position. He had an endless capacity for love and a God given gift of saying and doing the right thing in the right moment.
Not a day goes by that he is not missed.
