Lance Corporal Julianna Combs committed to the Marine Corps as a senior in high school, ultimately graduating from Recruit Training in February 2021. Her first duty station was Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in California. Combs’s military awards include the National Defense Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and Sharpshooter Rifle Qualification.

Julianna was a selfless, loving person who wanted to help everyone and make a difference. She joined the Marines so she could help make the world a better, safer place. Her brothers and sisters in arms often described her as charismatic and confident.

Julianna loved America, and dogs. She was a “mama’s girl,” and made the world better just by being in it. She was loved by all who knew her and missed greatly.
