Private First Class Tyler R. Iubelt enlisted on October 21, 2015, and was assigned to the U.S. Army’s Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Special Troops Battalion, 1st Sustainment Brigade, and 1st Cavalry Division out of Fort Hood, Texas. He was killed when a suicide bomber targeted Bagram Air Force Base in Afghanistan.
His determined attitude and positive thinking were inspiring to others. Tyler left behind his wife, Shelby, and their daughter, Violet.
