Corporal Tyler S. Trovillion proudly served with the 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, Alpha Company, 2nd Platoon, based out of Camp Pendleton, California. He deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2005. Trovillion was killed when his vehicle hit an improvised explosive device while he was conducting combat operations near Ramadi, Iraq.

“Tyler was a beast,” recalled fellow Marine, Josh Lewis. “He was strong, loyal, and dependable. Everyone looked up to him.”
