Carry the Load Memorial May comes back to Rensselaer

WTEN ABC

The veteran group Carry The Load marches in honor of fallen service members, highlighting the true meaning of Memorial Day. Casey Frankoski and John Grassia are the two NY national guard members who lost their lives when their helicopter crashed on the Texas Mexico border, back in March of 2024. They were honored when the Carry the Load, Memorial May Relay came through the Capital Region last year. This year was different for families.
