Non-Profit Partners
Each year Carry The Load works through a third-party committee to select non-profit partners that provide healing services for the mind, body, and soul of our warriors. To allow these partners to focus on direct service programs, Carry The Load establishes an environment of financial support to its beneficiary partners and collaboration with all to make a more significant impact across the nation.
We accept applications to be a Non-Profit Partner year round. The application deadline is September 30 each year for partnerships beginning January 1 of the following year. Please complete our application form if you are interested in applying for 2024.

We provide guidance, wellness, and healing from invisible wounds through evidence-based therapies for individuals, couples, and families at little or no cost to the client. Counselors and staff are competent in the military and first responder cultures, therefore providing a meaningful connection for families. Sheep Dog Impact Assistance
Sheep Dog Impact Assistance exists to engage, assist and empower our nation’s military and first responders, our “Sheep Dogs.” Through our Outdoor Adventures, Warrior PATHH training, and Continued Service program, Sheep Dogs find camaraderie, peer support, healing, improved attitude and perspective and a renewed sense of belonging and purpose. Outdoor Adventures ENGAGE Sheep Dogs in physical activities which foster healing and camaraderie. Warrior PATHH ASSISTS Sheep Dogs in learning to transform their trauma and struggles into strength and posttraumatic growth by making peace with their past, living in the present, and planning for a great future. Continued Service opportunities EMPOWER Sheep Dogs to continue serving and giving back to their communities and country. Post-traumatic stress, injuries, depression, addiction, and isolation plague our Sheep Dogs to the point of thinking about and/or attempting suicide. Our Programs provide a crucial opportunity for struggling Sheep Dogs to reconnect with fellow veterans and first responders which helps prevent suicides among these heroes. In our 10+ years, SDIA has impacted more than 7,100 Sheep Dogs through 180+ Outdoor Adventures and 327 Disaster Response Missions. With SDIA facilitating the Warrior PATHH training program, we will improve the lives of hundreds more Veterans and First Responders each year.
