Senior Chief Special Warfare Operator Robert J. Reeves became a SEAL in 1999 and served on SEAL Team 6. He died in Wardak province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when the CH-47 Chinook helicopter in which he was riding was shot down. Among his many military commendations he was the recipient of five Bronze Star medals with ‘V’ device for Valor and a Purple Heart.

Rob will be remembered as a big-hearted son, brother, friend and teammate who would do anything to support those close to him.
